I will point out this is not a review, but I will certainly be looking forward to picking this game and reviewing it that’s for sure.

Now Captain Wayne is made in GZDoom so this tells me this demo is going to be fun, and I was right I enjoyed the tutorial level and the couple of levels after that, the enemies are decent and often you will see them in a small skirmish with themselves. You have a prosthetic arm double as your weapon; it turns from a shot gun to machine gun etc. I love the aesthetic it’s great to see another FPS with colour and the artwork all hand drawn.

This game releases 25/11/2025 so not that long to wait.
